ginger overload

 

1. The ginger that comes around here - is a nasty little tom. The larger one male is ok - I haven’t seen either in a few days. Multicolor and gray/white cats are here for the food every day - and no longer run from me. Imagine my surprise yesterday when I walked up to the front door and saw a little guy, arms raised high up on the ramp - who then ran his little raccoon butt off as fast as he could when I said hello. I guess he thought I was late putting food and h2o out (in the 90s, it’s the least I can do). I am still going back and forth about trapping them - too damn lazy and now everything is falling apart.

   The car needs a new exhaust pipe - that was set up to go and then yesterday or the day before the van window just developed this long, long crack across it. So car cancelled until next week and van windshield set up to do at home tomorrow.

   Can’t wait for the bill on the van (even if we did go through the insurance co) and simply because she is driving it for work - daughter is paying for the car.

   I thought about stopping and picking up a mega million (310 million) for tonight’s draw and then realized the with Peiper dying and my aunt dying (same day, and 13 days after my cousins wife) - plus the cars - this is not my week to be lucky.

   Oh and to top off the week, I saw a groundhog roaming the back yard. Just going from bad to worse.
