  2. It is absolutely amazing what these folks have done for themselves today. Voting under threat of death? Incredibly brave and something that would not happen here. For all those that voted today there must be at least as many that chose to keep their families safe and stayed home, not that that would be cowardly in any way, just safe. When the true results of the total number of voters is known, the next vote could be closer to 100% of the population. They have much to be proud of today. I salute the free people of Iraq.

  3. So where the fuck you been, Sunny Jim?  We thought you’d crawled under a rock and died!  Wouldn’t answer emails.  Nothing.

I guess the shock of Lurch losing was a bit traumatic?  hehehe

    Welcome back!

  5. Chewbacca’s available.  Wasn’t he a cross between a furry cat and an old man?

  7. I got OCM’s avatar all ready. It’s been waiting fer him for months. To answer OCM’s question, my hat is ALL RED and the turnout was 72% of all REGISTERED VOTERS. The population of Iraq is 24 million with 13 million registered voters and over 8 million voted today. Way cool!

Now, everyone go visit OLDCATMAN’S WEBSITE and harass his butt mercilessly. We need to convert him from the DARK SIDE (the BLUE side, that is).
    LOL LOL LOL LOL

  8. I have been in tears since I turned on the TV this morning and begin watching the voting that has been going on. I thought of all the blood that has been spilled and the bodies that have been broken so that these people could be free. I ask, has it all been in vain?? I would only hope and pray that someone would do the same for us if it ever became necessary. GOD BLESS AMERICA AND GOD BLESS GEORGE W. BUSH!!! AND GOD BLESS THE BRAVE IRAQI PEOPLE. Today, I dance your happy dance of freedom with you.

  9. "Whole portions DOESN’T vote?” I should have thought that the specimen was at least educated enough not to mix a plural subject with a singular predicate.  Or maybe he was only dazed by visions of a blue-inked middle finger right in his face?
