Please find someone to do a decent CSS stylesheet for you and show you how to use it. Then immediately STOP using Frontpage! If you must use a WYSIWYG tool then please use Dreamweaver and don’t even think about using MS Word to do it either.
You managed to design barking-moonbat.com by following Internet standards and using XHTML 1.0 transitional along with CSS stylesheets.
I do realize that it will take you an eternity to convert your personal site to a modern format. But if you view the source and snip at the beginning of your content to the end and cut out all the junk you should be able to convert it fairly quickly. The tough part is to design the CSS templates and site organization. If you are careful, you can keep most of the basic tags currently surrounding your content.
Otherwise, the personal site is amazing in regards to the actual content, you have pursued a personal life that far exceeds the common man. Now to share that experience with others will require a proper website.

Loved the stuff on Austrialia, and almost had orders to Operation Deep Freeze...now I almost wish I had taken the orders.
