1. No, actually whatever is being donated is being short-stopped by the ruling muzzies.  The ones doing the starving are typically the non-muzzies.  I would guess that the muzzies have decided that they have enough slaves for the moment.
   But that’s okay, those doing the donating are going to bed feeling all good about themselves.
