Easy Side Dish

 

1. brother says, since box soup comes in several flavors, swap in one potato leek soup, and add a taste of sherry, with sour cream and chives on top. He always was a fancier cook than me.

   OTOH, squash soup and potato leek soup are dead nuts easy to make from scratch; it’s hardly worth it to buy the stuff premade.
