I am convinced that this man’s CIVIL RIGHTS were being violated, because he was being taped without his express written consent. The charges should be dropped.

Place where I used to work a few years ago, we designed and built access-control and security / surveillance systems. There was a rash of thefts of small personal items (like CD players, etc). We set up several cameras and recorders, and even displayed the live shots in the lab, and still, the stooooopid perp continued. He was confronted with the full color action evidence and then fired. Just as much for profound stupidity as for the petty theft. Likewise, we had a “kiddie pornsite” surfer, who turned out to be one of the night time security guards. He was clever enough to get around the weak excuse of a firewall, but not smart enough to see that he was also being recorded in live action. Duuuuhhhhhh........
