2. Shotgun might work better for a blind guy. I mean, what if he’d missed the thug? It would have gone very hard on him.

   Any suggestions for a good home defense shotgun, shot size and load? Been thinking about it myself.

   BTW, saw “Remeber the Titans” last night - great movie. When a brick came thru the livingroom window, Coach Boone hustled the family to safety then grabbed a shotgun. Ready for bear.

   Wonder why we don’t make efforts to show that movie or similar ones to kids rather than the Goricle’s lying screed? Oh, right, it might foster self reliance, independence, free thought, not the acceptable way for negroes to be, eh?

3. for apartment dwellers i would suggest a .357 with the first 2 rounds being birdshot.
   harder to miss and good chance of making them crap their pants!.and still have 4 rounds of serious stuff left.  ®
