I wouldn’t hold your breath on that Peiper - you have to 1) care, 2) believe that the Judicial system will uphold whatever action you take and 3) believe that what you are doing will benefit society.
I no longer believe that the LEOs have that attitude in very many places any more.
But I am convinced (most especially as C(r)ap and Trade(off) winds it’s way through the American Clownposse in DC system for approval - that the enviro-wackos know that their backs (no matter what they do) are covered.
It definitely strikes me as a statement of priorities.
Oh yeah I forgot - and these are the exact same freaks who screamed to the hilltops that the data mining to ‘listen’ in on terrorist calls was a vile violation of their ‘rights’ and privacy - but this is ‘for the good of the earth’. Gag me - Big Brother in the Making.
Big Brother is already made there, and is getting bigger every day.
Computerized cameras and automatic squealers on your garbage cans! Unreal. I’m so glad the UK has paid off their entire national debt, fixed all the roads and bridges, provided food, clothing, and shelter to all (not just MPs), etc., that they can afford to waste tax money like this.

Oh, and once this system is in place, the dustmen will have the ultimate payback empowerment over the citizens. Remember that post the other week about the trash men who put the bins all across the woman’s driveway because she complained? Try complaining now beyotch - the moment you do, suddenly you will be getting fined almost daily ... because some glass bottle mysteriously jumped over into your metal recycling bin, or a bit of aluminum was found in your trash. I guarantee it will happen. And the only defense a citizen will have is to buy and install a CCTV garbage can monitoring and recording system.

You know Drew - with the coming Big Brother/Thug Administration invasive actions - your comment on the CCTV monitoring is not a bad idea.

We The People will have no rights left, if someone does not stop this Thug Administration - btw a NC Grand Jury indicted Obama on May 9, 2009 (i.e. another attempt to have his Birth Certificate presented) - also included a military Officer alleging treason. - Have you seen this one in the State Media???
