4. OCM - That bit about plagiarism from Nova Scotia has shot down any contract buy out talks with Wardo. That and a threat that Wardo made against the Professor that he plagiarized in Nova Scotia put a little backbone in a couple more of the regents and they called any talks off. At least for now.
   The first solid confirmation that I had read that CU was going to buy Churchill off was yesterday. I had heard rumors on the radio for about a week, but yesterday Churchill’s lawyer confirmed the talks.
   The only reason that CU is even taking this report seriously is because it is a official report by another university body. If a lone professor had done the work, CU would ignore it, like they have others, and keep negotiating a pay off.
   I like your idea about bringing in the Mafia. Just wack the fucker and be done with him.

6. By the way, how can Churchill think he has a leg to stand on in the courts? Any judge worth his bench would take one look at all the lies, distortions, plagurism, stolen artwork, physical attacks on reporters etc. and throw that jerk right out of the courtroom.

   Then again, we all know what sort of “judges” this country appoints these days. Churchill would probably win and pocket millions.
