1. They are not doing anything that any other greedy b*****d’s have not done during other Olympic’s either here in the U.S. or elsewhere....during the 1996 olympics in Atlanta, 2 bedroom apartment prices went from 600 dollars per month to 1100 dollars per month...and after the olympics ended, the price dropped back down to the 900-1000 dollar range....raising prices is to be expected,it is just a travesty when people are unable to attend, due to a greedy,price gouging mindset.Ultimately, it will be quite disappointing, if the high prices drive away potential attendees.....time will tell.
