  1. I guess we should be careful when we talk about ‘Loading’ the washing machine and all sorts of loading functions from now on huh.
    Example;;
    Make sure you lock the door and load the laundry before you leave the house dear.
    KNOCK KNOCK,,,,Yes?
    Come with us you serial killer/tea party maniac!!!

  2. This is so stupid. Maybe most people don’t notice it until a tragedy like this happens and the media pundits start yammering away, but firearms terminology is quite pervasive in our language. So is a lot of military terminology. Will that come under the microscope next?

    Shoot your mouth off. Go off half cocked. Flash in the pan. A dud. Dum-dum. Lock, stock, and barrel. Keep your powder dry. In the cross hairs. Hit the bulls eye. Ramrod straight. He’s a straight shooter. And many, many more.

  3. Thanks for proving the point Drew.If I ws a marine Id toss you a Semper Fi,But Im not and you cant say that if your not one of the present or former.

  4. Well said Drew. I need to copy that. So now you can bet the left will call a war on language. Bet ya they will.

    I wonder what sort of flack I’d get if I got a tee-shirt with the caption (I have seen em in US) that read Gun Control Means Hitting Your Target. If I were to wear one here in public, I just know someone would report to the authorities that I was possibly inciting violence.
