  1. Kill them all.  They have the nerve to come use our courts to accuse us?!?  Those slimey pigs!  Just because the US is seen as the richest country in the world, they want to take our money however they can get it.  That is total BS.  I hope the court throws them our on their ear and the door hits them in the a$$.

  2. Me too. I hope the judge making the preliminary ruling on this laughs it out of the court, and completely kills it.

Unfortunately, the courts being what they are, these jokers will probably get a pro-environmental, anti-America judge, who will say “Yeah! Let’s stiff the US and make them police the entire world for giant waves that no one has any control over, but the US caused because of global warming and illegal undersea nuclear testing!”

    Burn. In. Hell. Bastards.

  3. WTF! Try this! I don’t pay my alarm service; my house is broken into; I sue the alarm company for not protecting my property.  Yep, this is just bizzare stupid liberal enough that they will find some anti-American fuck in a black robe to find the merit in their suit, and once again we will take it in the ass.

  4. This reminds me of when the relative of some guy who’s boat sank and took him with it who wanted to sue NOAA because the SARSAT (search and rescue satellite) signal from his boat wasn’t reported.

Trouble was, although he had an emergency locator beacon on it, he never bothered to register it with SARSAT. You might say well hell, didn’t they pick it up anyway? Trouble is, even if they did SARSAT gets about 99% false signals from beacons in people’s garages and even emergency transmitters in garbage dumps that people have thrown out so sending the coast guard or other emergency services to check them out is a little time consuming.
