1. Ok, the computer might stay here until tomorrow. And I’ll probably stop in here a few times today as I go back and forth. But I may not get another decent post out until Wednesday. That assumes I can even find my computer by then!!

2. I feel your pain...I moved last month.  Threw out more crap in the process than I knew I had.  The plus side however is that my computer domicile is now in the house in air conditioned comfort!

3. 2:45pm

   I’ve made my 2nd trip of the day. Packed up about 20 boxes, humped everything downstairs and into my little Saturn, schlepped it across town and then humped it upstairs into the new place.

   I swear to God I own 500 pounds of ammo. I’m starting to frighten myself, and I haven’t yet taken any of the munitions from the garage. Plenty more out there.

   I’m living on Subway sandwiches the past few days, because there’s one between here and there and the service is fast.

   I am going to take a break now. Sit down, have a paper cup full of water, since all the cups and food is already packed, and see if I can’t find a dry shirt to put on. But by quarter after I have to be back at it again.

   And now it looks like the folks with the trailer who said they’d come help are going to fall through. Which is to be expected, right? Maybe I can borrow Doc’s Suburban again.

   At least the rain has pretty much stopped. For now.
