Peiper there are many, many cases like this of “care in the community” it actually started back in the days of Margaret Thatcher and was more a question of saving money than of giving better health care. Now of course they use the u-man rights angle to justify letting nutjobs loose on the street to do as they like.

   A lunatic who should have been locked up forever. Or better yet shot.
