One of the things (I believe) that lead to my father’s death was he was being sued by the NAACP. He was Chief of Staff at a local hospital (actually the one he was born in and died in, which just closed). He refused to hire certain people of color, under the ‘new’ Affirmative Action ‘guidelines’. And thus the lawsuit. Complications were - the legal head (or some such position) was the grandson of a longtime employee/friend of the family. So my parents have known the guy since he was born. Neither his grandmother, father nor him - were ‘black’ in the terms of skin melanin. So my Dad’s response was simple - I don’t care what color someone I hire is, they just have to be qualified. Hence the lawsuit. He died within a month of the suit being filed, as he was retiring.
I just hope that America can keep those immigrants down - so that doesn’t become a problem here (yes, I know that there are places where it already is).
What a load, but then that is what ‘free’ healthcare gets you. Our boy wonder let it slip the other night - that his second term will be used to ‘fix’ healthcare. What a schmuck, reading The Amateur - how this moroon ever got elected is beyond me.
Sounds like a total load of crap to me. Any nurse who can’t properly insert a needle ought not to be employed.
And to respond to any criticism by instantly playing the race card ... shit canned, on the spot.
Guess that national health care isn’t so totally wonderful after all.
