1. Wow - I guess I need to go out and plaster those damn bumper stickers all over my car - Robert Baillio has hit the LEGAL LOTTERY big time!!!!!!!!!!!!

   Did you read the ‘excuse’ - good points maybe, but how he skirted the issue - there are such things as procedures - and #1 is to Inform the Person of exactly why he/she was stopped[/b}. Ah we have those idiotic LEOs up here. At the tax day Tea Party - one of our group was carrying (he carries almost everywhere) and after the hubby & I left, a LEO approached and said - you should have come up to me and told me you are carrying. Not No, but Hell No - the law says, if you are stopped by the police you are required to inform them that you have a CCL and that you are carrying. Not run up to every damn LEO you see and tell them. What a crock of bs -

   But no wonder America is going down the crapper so damn fast - the LEOs don’t know the law and won’t enforce it(we went to a neighboring county for our CCL as our Sheriff does not want to do them so he sits on them for ever), pick and chose whom they want to deal with - a turn signal my a** - and have dictatorial delusions of (imagined) power.

   Hey in this vein - did you hear that Alcee Hastings wants to turn BRAC military facilities into ‘camps’ (he calls them ‘emergency’ camps) Yeah - I can’t wait to see who will co-sponsor that pos ‘bill’.

   Be afraid, very afraid.

   I tell ya, there’s going to be a revolution.

   Did you see the latest Rasmussen poll? 37% Strongly Oppose Teh One. 32% Strongly Approve. There is no middle ground any more.
