1. Reagan may have been the “teflon president” but the Obamas make him look like sandpaper. It’s no wonder they don’t care about a little negative publicity. The media, especially here in the USA will let them slide on anything. They could kill babies on live TV, serve them up with fava beans and a nice chianti, and the press would be praising them for “recycling”. ;-/

2. And we all know that the National Enquirer gets at least one story right a year. Everyone poo-pooed and attempted to ignore the Edwards scandal - and look at how that turned out.

   Only one thing I disagree with - the big o ‘retiring’ to HA and the klingon war bride staying in DC. I more see her taking her mom and kids (you know, she will need that child support to continue to live the life) and return to the mansion in Chi’town or possibly HA. Meanwhile, he will stay in DC to run America via the fawning media.

   btw, notice - once again - how much like JFK the big o has become. Jackie was only in Dallas because she was so pissed off at JFK for not being there for her during Patrick’s early birth and death - and JFK needed that great supportive and loving wife ‘photo opt’ to help him. [Don’t forget - Dallas was a campaign ‘stop’ - no matter what all the revisionist history people want to write now]

   Interesting - not that the klingon war bride has done much of anything as the First ‘Lady’ so who cares. Also interesting - like all things negative the Obamas - we here in America have to read about it in foreign press.

3. All you need to do is go through the checkout lane at the grocery store; all the gossip mags have had their marriage on the rocks for ages now. If it isn’t due to her jealous rages, it’s due to his gay affair with Reggie Love, or her torrid flings with the Secret Service. I’m surprised they don’t have her hooking up with Elvis or Bat Boy at this point.

   But that bit with the Danish PM hottie at the Mandela thing, followed by the “extra” week alone in Hawaii ... may be significant. That neither daughter has the slightest bit of respect for him, may be significant. Is theirs also a marriage of convenience, like the Clinton’s has always been? Who can say?

   Granted, any marriage to a top politician is going to be more than a challenge. Just look to France or Italy. Or Client #9. The men are all power mad pigs who know they’ll get away with it.
