  4. “I can’t think of any other way to describe it than torture.”

()#)%u*#&#### I can’t think of a foul enough word for the f’n ‘news’ reporters.

Ms McGuire’s ‘father’ raped and stabbed to death a pregnant 22 year old - for no reason other than his perverted ‘pleasure’.

And Ms McGuire - here is a list of places you can see real life situations that are much closer to real torture - than being given a ‘cocktail’ of euthanasia medicines:

Visit a Shriner’s Burns Unit - 4 in the US (Cincinnati, Boston, Galveston and Sacramento- Oh, look there is one in driving distance to you) - Ask to go to the ICU (in Galveston, it is 2 East) - Listen to the stories, watch the children learn to walk, eat and live again.

Visit - St Jude’s Hospital - TN - and get a dose of being around dying children and their families.

Visit - Ward 57 (Amputees) at Walter Reed Army Hospital in DC or the Burn Unit at Brooke Army Hospital (TX) - for a view of people who willingly risked life and limb for their country.

I hate liberals - they can’t even get the words right - what I can’t fathom is why people continue to give them the reins of power.

One of the comments (on the sites I visited to get more information on the VICTIM) said - all the ‘news’ articles are about the murderer - hardly a mention of Ms Joy Stewart and her unborn child.

Did I mention that I hate liberals?

P.S. - OH - go into MI court records and see what Dr. Kevorkian used - notice, that there is never any mention about how long his ‘patients’ took to die (although with him being the ‘doctor of record’ - isn’t that something that should be considered suspect?)
There is the Electric Chair, Hanging, Firing Squad - Why not ask TX what they use - since they carry executions out so often down there.

  5. Sorry I just read through the article - Sad, sad state of affairs in America that the sleezy ‘Doctor’ to Michael Jackson can get a anesthesia drug and the State of Ohio execution board - can’t.

So what - there are no hospitals near them - has some anti-death penalty liberal hog-tied the prison with a nefarious red-tape scenario that precluded someone driving to a f’n pharmacy and getting a prescription?

    What a load of crappola.

If the State has as ‘law of the state’ - the death penalty - bite the bullet - and work through the Political system to change it.

Sick and tired of the crap that goes on in America today.

And I put it at the feet of the bleeding heart liberals for taking God and moral absolute right and wrong from society.

And for dumbing down the sheeple so badly that they don’t know or even care.

  6. Why do we screw around with this nonsense of putting people to death HUMANELY, in the name of being a kinder and gentler nation?

As if somehow, using lethal injection removes the barbarity of the death sentence by making it look like the slimebag simply went off to sleep....ahhhhhhh, how comforting.

Unlike their victims who more than likely died horrbly and tragically, screaming for their very lives, begging and pleading to be allowed to live, yet looking up a maniacal twisted face laughing back at them as the joy in their eyes grew larger as they feasted on the face of their victim, as life, slowly and painfully left them.

...And I am supposed to give a flying F*KC about this piece of garbage.

I am all for one of two things...the scumbag dies the same way his victim did, even if it involved the claw end of a hammer, brutal is as brutal does.

Or two, the victims closest family gets to choose, as long as the choice results in the death of said scumbag.

But, if those choices are not viable, then a frickin bullet to the head.  I will even settle for a firing squad.  It’s quick, it’s cheap, there is no thrashing about, and if there is, a second round administered moments later will resolve that tiny matter.

Hell, there are plenty of us that will gladly volunteer to do the job and even provide the supplies and ammo at a cost of NOTHING to the state.  What did asshole’s leaving ceremony costs the taxpayers?  Hell, auction off the task to half a dozen citizens to make up the firing sqaud...I bet you could raise lots of money that could be dontated to the victim’s family.  It’s a total win/win, with no downside that I can see.

I believe in an eye for an eye.  This nonsense that I am better than that...blah blah blah.  What makes me better is the fact that I am glad to rid the world of sh*t stains like the above idiot.  My desire to exact painful retribution upon those that would harm me and mine does not make me less of a man.  And with scum like this removed from the earth like a swirl of shit from a toilet, everything is a little better for it.

Am I alone in my thinking?  Maybe I should just wring my hands and cry for this senseless act of killing a murderer.

  7. Duct tape him into a cheap lawn chair and give him to the victims family.

  8. ...and for the record, this pussbag died in a manner not unlike that of the average everyday man’s natural death.

I have seen men die by natural causes and it is NOT like the movies, where they utter their last pearls of wisdom, close their eyes and drift off to the great beyond.

NO...people who die in their beds die with some agony.  Be it asphyxiation, heart attack or stroke, or pick you poison so to speak.  There is some certain discomfort shown, they may even thrash about trying to take one more breath, or jerk about as their heart stops.  They grab out at the bed rails, or anything they can touch, as if trying desparately to hold onto life.  Then, they shit themselves, piss all over the place, and let about a loud last gasp that sounds anything but pleasant.

This is the death that is common and we will all one day go through this last dance of life before finding out if our religeon has prepared us properly.

So, how is this man’s death any different?  He died as most men do.  And if you ask me, he was undeserving of even this.

Yet because his death did not invoke thoughts of happy unicorns and bright blooming flowers about, then he must have surely suffered.  Please, HE DID NOT SUFFER.  His victims and their surviving families suffered, but not him.

  9. To all who posted here .... I believe you and I are saying out loud what the majority of American feel. I have no scientific survey or research to back up my belief, but I think it’s true.  Unfortunately, there are also many ppl on the right who, while they approve the DP, don’t approve of torture.  Which as far as I’m concerned should be part of the “Penalty” process. There’s no reason I can think of why a brutal rape and murder, or any murder, rape or not, shouldn’t be dealt with in the same manner as what the victim had to endure. And as PK says, The crueler the better. There are things that over the year have left deep impressions on me, and I so clearly recall the fear at the initial reports of the Manson slayings.  I was working at a major LA radio outlet at the time, and it took what happened later that suddenly woke me to the fact that, our system of ‘justice’ and I use the word very loosely, was shit.  Did you folks know that the bastards hung up a pregnant Sharon Tate and then cut her open because they wanted to see the baby?
One of their number gets married (in prison) to a wack job female who falls in love with him based on the news and photos, and the scum is allowed to father children. Why?

Calif. didn’t have a death penalty at the time, thanks to a liberal shit who I am glad died young and I hope painfully. Her name was Rose Bird and is the only justice of the Ca supreme court to be recalled by voters.  Over time my views and attitudes hardened as I saw more and more of similar situation. And some of the worst being these damned idiots who protest outside prisons where the DP may be carried out.  The idea of a painless death for vermin like McGuire came about because the left is so damn well organized and funded and least you forget, there is still even as I write this here, a euro-weenie lobby that is anti-DP at work in the USA.

Here in the UK ... the more liberal and insane approach allows thousands of hardened criminals to remain in this country, under the protection of the “RIGHTS INDUSTRY”.
Many Brits want the return of the DP but can’t, because as members of the EU, they are not allowed to.  I kinda doubt they’d bring it back anyway but I can’t be certain of that.
There’s enuff ov em who constantly bleat about America and the death penalty being nothing more than barbaric. Meanwhile, the defenseless bodies here pile up.

We might not be at this pass had it not been for that damn Zimmerman in 1917. The USA was happily uninvolved in europe ... too bad it couldn’t stay that way.
Just a rant from an angry old man who has seen this too many times over too many years.

  11. Ah - Peiper - the Mason family was sentenced to death. Which is what makes my blood boil over them (trivia tidbit - Mason was born here in my home town). Two CA cases overturned it (violation of the CA Constitution) in 1972 but it was re-instated in 1978. Sadly - when it was overturned - the state turned the Manson family conviction into life sentences. But as usual with liberals - they did not re-instate the death sentences after the death penalty was re-instated.

There was a book by Sharon Tate’s sister - a lot of controversy - as some situations became a she said, she said - concerning another book written about Tate’s murder. The upside is that Sharon’s mother went to every parole board hearing to testify as she was deathly afraid after their sentences were turned to life - that some future parole board would set them free. Her other daughter continued it - after Sharon’s mom’s death.

I wrote about Kenneth McDuff - and the (at least)7 women who were killed by him after his release after his death sentence was changed to a life sentence (in TX of all places, a minimum of 10 years ‘must’ be served) - How many murders does a person have to commit to be deemed a danger to society? Does it really matter how (weapon or not) - the person(s) were killed as to ‘how long a sentence’.

In the book Reckless Disregard about the Carrollton KY ‘school’ bus crash - Mahoney was sentenced to 16 for the deaths (by fire) caused by his drunk driving - that was less than 1 year per victim (27, 24 children and 3 adults)[He only served 10 years]. Kunen (the author) delves into the fine line distinction of intention and weapon.

Humanity is simply being a living human being - it has been distorted (like so much of our language) by liberals - since they refuse to use many ‘religious’ words - Compassion, morality, right v wrong, absolutes. They want to (and usually are the first) to point out gray areas, exceptions to the ‘rule’ and so on. It has just muddled down the criminal justice system to the point of almost uselessness.

I have put numerous animals to sleep - I have been present a couple of times. It is not awful, it does not appear to be painful. They did not gasp, thrash or ‘hang on’ for minutes.

So part of me wonders - if the participants - don’t know what death is, how people die - or are intentionally distorting reality for a purpose.[Hospitals, nursing homes and funeral homes are part of the cause of that, illness, birth and death - no longer occur at home and leave most people clueless about birth and death] Or are some of the people involved in the execution - purposely making it worse than it needs to be to advance the end of the death penalty?

32 States currently have the death penalty - only 18 don’t. Obviously - the majority of Americans uphold the concept of putting a violent, murderous individual to death as punishment. And it should be upheld.

I agree - the police are sloppy at times, concentrate on the most obvious ‘suspect’ - rather than going where the evidence leads them. But I don’t think in murder, it happens much at all that an innocent gets convicted and sentenced to death.

Making the criminal justice system powerless and meaningless is just another shred of ‘the rule of law’ and ‘nudge’ toward anarchy and chaos. And a toe into the door of police state/tyranny.

I read a sociologist once who said - It is dangerous when the criminal becomes more important than the crime, more important than the victim - because then the criminal becomes more important than civilized society.

And we are quickly approaching that.

  12. Very, very well said Wardmom.  Nothing new for you.

Well, re. the DP in Ca. I do know that the happily dead Rose Bird had a lot to do with ending it.  I’m not certain about this but ... didn’t Ca recently defeat a proposal to reinstate?  I’ve been away so long I really don’t know.

The unreal thinking of many eludes me on the issue.  For example.  Years ago when still living in Riverside,Ca., I had pick up our car where it was being serviced, and was in the waiting room where somehow I got to talking to a gentleman who it turned out, was a judge.
During the course of the conversation, I brought up the subject of Manson, and told him about the worry and fear people experienced after the crimes were reported but before the authorities knew who did it and made an arrest. I was appalled, as were many others, that after the trial, which I never thought necessary to begin with, appalled that they avoided the death penalty.
I stated further that I thought they were treated too damn well considering the crime.
    His reply to me with a question was something I’ll never forget.  He asked me;

Well, what should we do? Put them in a cage and toss them raw meat from time to time?

It works for me.  But his response told me all I needed to hear to understand the system they wrongly refer to as, the “justice” system.  I see no justice at all.

One final note on the subject of crimes and the system.  Do you recall the late Tom Snyder?
He had a late night interview program, I think it may have been NBC. But that isn’t important.
The subject that night was rape, and he interviewed some lady from I believe Nashville, and represented a center or help establishment for rape victims.
He then interviewed a flashy defense lawyer who you could tell was much pleased with himself. Snyder wanted to know how a lawyer defends someone who they know to be guilty.  Lawyer said that they weren’t guilty until found so by a jury. Fair enough. Who among us would want to face a trial for a crime of any sort knowing we were not guilty, but it looked if we were.  So okay ... we need defense lawyers. However, Snyder came back to the question of a lawyer who actually did know his client was guilty and went ahead and defended anyway.  And the lawyer said yes ... but it’s all about winning and anyway it’s a game and one to be won.
Could not believe what I have heard. But he said it.

  13. Fuckin euro-weenies and their convenient idiot American left winger friends

And now we’re going to have a shortage of chemicals due to that same EU. Fuck ‘em and feed ‘em fish heads. Guillotine, now THERE we go! No contamination, we can immediately harvest the organs, at least they give a little something back.

  14. Well, what should we do? Put them in a cage and toss them raw meat from time to time?

It is that ‘all or nothing’ Idiocracy that liberals spout that frosts me. There is so much gray area between - a ‘cruel and unusual’ execution (which btw, it is the lefts fault that there is SO much time between sentencing and execution - probably the very first step in their agenda to overturn the death penalty) and letting them go unpunished. I’ve already said it - my fear of a ‘life sentence’ - is that a proven murderer will be let go at some point in the future. Besides McDuff - another one is the man who set his son on fire in CA - he has used a gun against another person while on parole, and then when let out again set an apartment on fire against another person. Uh, duh - he committed 3 felonies the first time - but a ‘judge’ decided it was only ONE. Which is why he got out in the first place. How can 3 separate and different felony charges - be one, in any ‘legal’ definition at all. Ever? And thus is another problem - people who were not there at the trial, who don’t bother to read the conviction and sentence, much less the trial transcript - but make a decision years down the road. And once again, innocents get hurt or killed.

A person who kills, who commits a crime - and repeats it - is making a choice. I am sick and tired of the ‘excuses’ (this sub-human slime we are discussing attempted a last minute appeal on his ‘lawyer’ failing to describe in detail his terrible childhood). Wake up and look around Leftists - the MAJORITY of the World lives in horrible childhoods - and they don’t become murderers (well, except a certain rop). Another chosen ‘excuse’ is poverty - Americans really, truly don’t understand poverty - as the World does. We have a lack of opportunities in areas and social issues that make some areas worse than others - but unless you are a Native American on a rez - poverty is simply a misnomer - poor would be better.

There are examples left and right of people who come from horrid family situations who do not become murderers. There are millions who come from impoverished or poor situations who do not become killers or thieves. Because the majority of children are not raised in a vacuum of horrid parents - there is extended family, neighbors, teachers and so on. It is this ‘new’ problem of being afraid to ‘cause’ trouble or ‘get involved’ that allows a lot of abuse to go on - but a lot of people use the abuse ‘excuse’ to get out of their choices. And making kids follow rules, do chores and homework - is not abuse. Committing a crime is a choice. Most are driven by the use of alcohol or drugs - which one has to question - isn’t that a choice that a person decides to use whatever funds they manage to get - to purchase alcohol or drugs rather than an education, proper food or looking for a job? And how/why do criminals continue to get taxpayer funds? Because - sociological studies prove time and again - Murder is NEVER the first crime committed. So, they are repeat offenders to start with. And how many crimes, how many murders - once again - makes a sub-human dangerous enough for leftists to want them removed from society?

And the bleeding heart liberals continue to want to scream cruel and unusual - when the very sub-human they are championing - has escalated in criminal activity and probably, would cheerfully kill them without a second thought.

I think that the coroner’s autopsy should be read immediately after the ‘closing statements’ at trial - so that the jury - goes into deliberation - knowing exactly what the Victim(s) went through at the hands of the ‘defendant’. And then it should be read immediately after the execution order - so that the sub-human and the ‘witnesses’ know exactly what the Victim(s) went through - and the Victim(s) name(s) should be the very last thing the sub-human should hear before being executed.

I volunteer to read those things. Each and every time - hey I’m unemployed I need the work.

  15. You want a humane death?

12GA to the back of the head.

Very messy, perhaps unsettling for the witnesses, but an absolute minimum of discomfort for the prisoner.
