An End To Ann?

  1. “think if Mitt Romney loses the primary or loses the election, it might mean the end of Ann Coulter.”

I’d still hit on her, despite the fact she’s the only woman I know who has an “Adam’s Apple”. Check it out next time she’s on The O’reilly Factor.

Can’t help it........I like thin blondes with long legs.

  2. I wondered about this article too - she railed on about McAmnesty (it’s where I got the line - it’s the difference between arsenic and hemlock (our choice in the 2008 election) from. And is pushing for Romney (even worse to me, a Dem-lite not even a RINO).

But isn’t Ann a Constitutional lawyer?  In this article she discusses that the legal argument against Obamacare’s insurance mandate is that a person sitting around not buying insurance is engaged in multi-state commerce and thus Obamacare is not Constitutional under the commerce clause. Yes, there is a huge difference between a State Law and a Federal Law. Yes there is a difference between State and Federal and it’s damn well time that the States stand up and take their Rights back before we have a Red Square and no damn RIGHTS at all.

There are a couple of problems here - 1) Congress IS the reason people CAN’T buy health insurance ACROSS state lines (meddling but disguising it as a ‘solution’ which of course created a whole other problem - i.e. ’unintended consequences‘) thus how is this a Commerce clause issue? and 2) here is the kicker - IF you have enough money and a co-operative health care professional - YOU DON’T NEED HEALTH INSURANCE. Health insurance started as Major Medical (you know to cover you when you got cancer or wrecked your car) - Now you need it just to get in the damn door (again thanks to the meddling Congress). And of course the same can be said about the housing/mortgage ‘crisis’ - Congress meddling where it doesn’t Constitutionally belong and then ‘having’ to write a law (which costs billions) to ‘fix’ the problem but creates a whole other problem - and so on and so on and so on. Can we go to the Federal Budget, IRS, Federal Income tax etc?

I am shocked that Ann has drunken the crapweasels in DC kool-aid - she was one of the last I’d expect to do it. Such a shame.

There is an answer - REPEAL the 16th Amendment - Take away their ability to get into our pocketbooks, to ‘function’ their destructive government takeover of America without a Federal Budget, to shut down the IRS (Imagine how many billions that alone would save us) and to once again - get the States (thus one step closer to WE THE PEOPLE) in charge of what, where and how much of our money they get.

    I can dream can’t I?

  3. Sorry - I really do need to preview (or stop letting everyone here interrupt me) - In this article she discusses that the legal argument against Obamacare’s insurance mandate is that a person sitting around not buying insurance is engaged in multi-state commerce and thus Obamacare is not Constitutional under the commerce clause. Should read -. . . that a person sitting around not buying insurance is NOT engaged in. . .

Did you hear that a Baseline Budgeting Act has passed the House (although it appears on Popvox to be up for a vote, hmmm - maybe it’s being heard) - It’s a start. That this corrupt criminals allow their waste and fraud filled programs to be automatically increased without our knowledge or a VOTE is just so wrong.

Sad about Ann - it seems everyone is slowly moving Left. That does not bode well for America.
