3. Having ‘emotional problems’ is a bit understated, I would think.  As for the ‘hot flushes’, I don’t know.  I’ve only heard of hot flashes.  Sounds as if he needs a testosterone patch and an estrogen patch.

   I wonder why it didn’t occur to the idiot doctor WHY a 72 year old man might want a sex-change operation at his age; thus, check the chart.
