  1. Drew,
I think I now have an understanding of what causes people to “go postal.” The provision of the U. S. Constitution cited notwithstanding, this entire POS cannot pass Constitutional muster on its face.  The REAL sticking point is these miserable bastards don’t care!
They’re running around laughing and flipping us the bird because they’re omnipotent and we’re just serfs!

  2. I’m not going to say what I’m thinking right now.

I will say this: REMEMBER YOUR OATH! To support and defend the Constitution of the United States against ALL enemies, foreign AND DOMESTIC, and to bear true faith and allegiance to the same.

It was not the pResident, it was not the congresscritters, the “following the orders of superior officers” comes AFTER that part. If the orders received are in violation of the Constitution, they may be considered sedition or treason. If you fail to hold responsible those giving those orders, or follow them, you are as guilty of same.

  4. Hey, it gets better - Harry Plotter (L(iar)NV) has scheduled - get this - a 1:00AM Monday vote - what a bunch of liars, cheaters and just outright criminal individuals.

Call your Senators today and get them to stop this unethical, illegal and un-Constitutional behavior by so-called Public Servants.

Our 9/12 group is calling for people to read ‘the bill’ (once it is released) to highlight the un-Constitutional aspects. But this whole set up of Harry Plotter (L,NV) is made to avoid debate, a public scrutiny of the bill prior to voting on it - knowing full well all these ‘social’ programs never, ever get held up to the Constitution or legality at all. EVER.

    God Help America.

  5. Perhaps as soon as this thing gets passed and signed into “law” by Президент Оба́ма, someone should immediately appeal directly to SCOTUS.

  6. It seems they’ve decided that they can ignore the Constitution in particualrs as well as generally.

And yes, it should go immediately to The Supreme Court, before BarryO gets a chance to add any more justices.

  8. Wow—there’s even more to this mess than you know!

Dear Reader and co. extorted this man’s cooperation—they literally made him an offer he couldn’t refuse—and manipulated national security in the process.

  12. The problem with using the Constitution - is that is the point with this mob - they want to utterly destroy the Constitution - and after Murray v Curlett, Roe v Wade, and Kelo v City of New London - it is apparent that the Supreme Court (no matter the ‘tilt’) has gone along with this endeavor for quite awhile - which is why they did nothing to stop the fake certification (nor hearing any cases for it) of The Won and have done nothing while the Thug Administration (which cheated and stole the election via ACORN into office) is cheating it’s way to shredding the Constitution.

It is time for the second American Revolution - Military, don’t they swear an oath to fight the enemy - both foreign and domestic?

Trolls out there - I’ve lived in one of those socialized medicine countries - it is not nirvana of a new hospital for every town and a town for every new hospital - As far as military service - wake up you morons - all those countries you idolize for their ‘free’ medical care have conscription - you’ll be doing your time in the military whether you want to or not - and finally - if you truly do have the guts to understand what is facing America - go rent The Lives of Others (Das Leben der Anderen) - it isn’t pretty.

History - It’s all there and NO you morons aren’t going to do it better or more right, you are going to destroy the greatest and MOST FREE country of the World for no reason at all. And right now I hate every single person who voted for The Won for ‘history’, for his ‘great speeches’ for ‘change’ or looked the other way at the Black Panther intimidation, the ACORN voter fraud and most importantly way back when - for the glossing over of The Won’s (un)Constitutional Certification of his Birth Certificate. Unlike you fools on the left - yes, there may be some among us on the right who may retaliate - but most of us just want you out of office (and doing damage) NOW.

They chose Christmas for a purpose - 1) Now The Won can trumpet his ‘success’ of passing healthcare in the SOTU address, 2) A lot of the right talk shows are down for vacation and 3) what better way to make a point of how little they care about the core American values and foundations than s*** on both the Constitution and Christmas in one easy vote.

Next will be Illegal Aliens - got to get rid of that pesky border so that we can become the NAU and then, it will be the guns - after that we will all fall to the muslim Caliphate.

And then life will really become ‘broken’ in America.

God Help America - we have seen the enemy and he is us.

  13. I think I now have an understanding of what causes people to “go postal.”

As a (now former) postal worker, I highly resent the term ‘going postal’. Why not ‘go McDonalds?’

The San Ysidro McDonalds shooting in 1984 was far more deadly than all post office shootings combined.

Ditto, why not ‘go public schools’? Far more people get shot and killed in the government schools. Why pick on the poor postman?

Having gotten that off my chest, so-called ‘Sen’ Nelson was hopefully environmentally friendly and used only ONE page of the Constitution to wipe his ass. After all, aren’t being told to use only one square of toilet paper?

I’m still under oath to oppose “all enemies, foreign or domestic.”

So, if you have (D) after your name, you are a (D)omestic enemy. Ditto for those with (R)ino after their names.
