A Lesson In Economics

 

1. Warning from someone who’s been there.  Anytime you hear “this time it’s different” get the hell out of that particular market.  Whether it’s tech stocks, real estate, Las Vegas—trees don’t grow to the sky.

   Markets going back to the early 1800’s—the cotton market—behave just like markets today.  Markets are based, not on computers, but on human nature.
