1. Insty has been featuring 3D printing of real things so why the hell not this.
   
   And best of all; another reason to use the 2 thumbs up smiley.
   OOOOOOOH,Imagine, a 3D smiley.
   Get on that Drew, work must be slow if your dredging up obscure flags and such.

2. I am already planning on making my own since it is being built from plans under the GPL. I already have the blueprints and schematics for this bad boy, I just want to make it a little bigger so I can start making bigger stuff!

3. I read about this is Make magazine a while back.... looks like fun. The resolution isn’t as good as some of the commercial 3D rapid prototypers, but maybe some day. There’s some talk about using this technology to fab replacement parts for people, using their own cells…
   Maybe some of that eye candy of yours.
