The Churchill Saga

In what can only be posturing for a move to absolve Big Chief Shitting Bull Churchill of any responsibility for his lies, deceptions and outright fraud, the University makes a statement.

Racism At Colorado University?

If you read this, you will find another great example of Hypocrisy on our campuses.

Someone called a black student a “nigger” and got the crap beat out of him for it, which he should have. The day and age where a person could be called a “nigger” has come and gone, and I say about damn time, goodbye and good riddance. But notice the comments by the CU administration. They are what you would expect for an incident like this, but why the fuck couldn’t the administration at CU show the same kind of indignation for statements, either worse or just as bad, made by Ward Churchill.

Also take note that there were two incidents of racist graffiti. That is bad also. Yet the CU administration let the Pontificating Assnugget hang an American flag outside of his office that was horribly defaced, and that is supposed to be protected free expression. What a load of CRAP!

When, When, When are the institutions in this country going to finally start holding everyone to the same standard? Probably not in my life time, if ever, and that just pisses me off to no end!

One last thing. Who does CU invite to come to the campus to speak out against racism? Angela Davis, a black racist with a huge hate spewing mouth and a communist to boot. Now that is just fucked up plain and simple.

Activist Angela Davis did more than educate the CU-Boulder community about diversity and politics at her lecture Tuesday. She inspired her audience to take a stand against a recent wave of racism on campus.

CU police report at least three racist incidents occurred on campus over the last two weeks.

One recent incident involves a dispute between two male students Feb. 28 in CU’s Muenzinger Building.

According to the CU police report, a white student confronted a black student after class and complained that the black student had talked through the lecture.

The black student said to the other that he should sit closer to the front if he wanted to hear. The white student responded by saying something to the effect of “Maybe I should, I don’t need to be sitting next to a loud mouth nigger,” the report said.

The black student asked the white student to repeat himself, and when he again used the word “nigger” to respond to him, he then “hit the other male several times with a closed fist on or about his head,” according to the report.

Colorado University Responds On Churchill

I recently sent CU an e-mail expressing my views on Ward Churchill. I was surprised when they actually replied ....

-----Original Message-----
From: CU General Distribution List [mailto:collect@colorado.edu]
Sent: Thursday, March 03, 2005 9:42 AM
Subject: Response Concerning Professor Churchill

SUBJECT: Response Concerning Professor Churchill

FROM:  Philip P. DiStefano, Interim Chancellor

SENDER:  Pauline Hale, UCB Communications Executive Director

DATE:  March 3, 2005

On behalf of the Board of Regents and President Hoffman, I want to thank you for taking the time to comment on Professor Ward Churchill. While the issue is difficult, we can only be served by having an open and honest dialog as we move forward together.

Let me state unequivocally that Professor Churchill’s views are his own and do not represent the views of University of Colorado faculty, staff, students, administration or Regents.

As you may suspect, we have received comments from concerned local and national citizens expressing viewpoints that range from urging for his dismissal from the CU-Boulder faculty and other disciplinary measures to supporting his right to express his opinions.

At the Feb. 3 Board of Regents meeting, I announced a course of action that provides due process. Over the next few weeks, I will oversee a thorough examination of Professor Churchill’s writings, speeches, tape recordings and other works. The purpose of this internal review is to determine whether Professor Churchill overstepped his bounds as a faculty member, showing cause for dismissal as outlined in the Laws of the Regents.

At the conclusion of this examination, I will determine whether to issue a notice of intent to dismiss for cause, other action as appropriate, or no action. If a notice to dismiss for cause or some other action is issued then the subsequent process will be governed by the Laws of the Regents.

Before such a decision can be made, the University must observe due process as required by the U.S. Constitution and the Laws of the Regents. The University is obligated to carefully balance the protections afforded by the First Amendment, as well as follow very specific University rules and processes for faculty discipline. Our processes will guide our actions in the most thoughtful and equitable manner.

I am hopeful that you will consider the actions already taken to deal with this matter that strikes so deeply at both our national conscience and the core tenets of any institution of higher education.

President Hoffman has stated, “The rights afforded those of us in the academic community to pursue our scholarly work come with a heavy responsibility to behave with integrity and professionalism and to meet the highest ethical standards our disciplines demand. These standards create the boundaries within which academic freedom rests.”

I encourage you to visit the CU-Boulder News Center Web site for additional information and updates on this situation.

Again, we thank you for your interest in the University of Colorado and for expressing your opinion.

Sincerely,

Philip P. DiStefano

Interim Chancellor

Well, well. What do you think about that?

Teachers Gone Wild

After reading this story, I was intrigued by one very serious statement in it. I have a question for Officer Risley: how can their actions only have ”appeared to be sexual intercourse”? Were they screwing or not? What else looks like screwing but is not? Hmmmmm?

imageSACRAMENTO, Calif. (Reuters) - A California high school teacher was arraigned on Monday at a Sacramento court accused of having sex with a student in a car as her two-year child was strapped into the back seat.

Margaret De Barraicua, 30, a teacher trainee, was charged with four counts of unlawful sexual intercourse with a minor, a 16-year-old student. The married woman was caught having sex in the late afternoon last week in what was apparently a consensual agreement, officials said.

“We received a call about a suspicious parked vehicle at a school here in Sacramento,” said local police spokesman Justin Risley. “They got there and observed two people, windows-steamed-up type of thing.”

“They found them to be partially clothed and engaging in what appeared to be sexual intercourse.”

Her two-year old son was strapped by a seat belt in the back of the car during the time, he said.

Women

esterday Allan ranted about this dim-bulbed bitch complaining about the plight of women.  She went on about the 19th Amendment (women’s right to vote) saying the Constitution was ratified with that particular amendment.  Dumbass.

But she also cried like a little girl (and you wonder why men can not respect women in the workplace when at the first sign of trouble they break down and cry?) about wages.

Funny how things work out.  I have here for you, gentle readers, an article from PMS-NBC talking to that very same subject.

Just exactly what is it about these femi-nazi bitches that they think they are owed anything?  They scream “UNFAIR WAGES” but cherry pick the data that supports their cries.  Data like only “averages” over “all fields.” They conveniently forget that many women like to have flexibility and safety in their careers so they PURPOSELY choose desk jobs, service jobs, inside jobs, low wage jobs (which give them lots of flexibility.)

When you have a work force primarily dominated by one sex wherein wages are already low (why should I pay police or fireman wages to an admin assistant?) OF COURSE the numbers will be skewed downwards.

Go read the piece.

A Native American View

f you’d like to read a Native American professor’s view of Chief Ward “Shitting Bull” Churchill (yes, I stole it from Emperor Misha and I hope he does not send the Imperial Storm Troopers to kill me for it) see this piece.

While you’re at it, go visit David Yeagley’s site, Bad Eagle where he has a couple of good articles about this fraud, Chief “Shitting Bull” Churchill.  While you’re at it, read the guy’s bio. WOW!

Let’s stay with Chief Wad-ass Shitting Bull for a moment or so longer.

Reader Terry brings up a couple of things worth mentioning.  Read it for yourselves:

Two names that keep popping up throughout the Ward Churchill theater of the absurd are Michael Bellesiles and Joseph Ellis.  Both are academics that were censured for taking liberties with the truth.  Sound familiar?

Michael Bellesiles was a professor of history at Emory who wrote an historical account of firearms and their use in the early years of America.  From the beginning it was hotly disputed.  Bellesiles eventually resigned in disgrace because his scholarship was declared “unprofessional and misleading”.

Linked....is a summary of the Bellesiles story published in the WSJ. See if the excerpt in italics sounds familiar to what is playing out right now, today, in the Churchill saga.

Yes, the spokesmen for the opposing interest groups threw themselves into the fray. But soon the real split became one within academia. It pitted those who cared about scholarly integrity against those who were happy to ignore, or promote, Mr. Bellesiles’s shoddy, perhaps fraudulent, work if it helped their political agenda.

Another name that pops up is Joseph Ellis.  Joseph Ellis, a professor at Holyoke, was given one year leave w/o pay for lying about his war record in Vietnam.  You may recall one of the allegations presently pending against Ward Churchill is that he lied about his service in Vietnam.  WC claimed to be a real snake eater, special ops, Rambo type. His record indicates he was a clerk/typist in the motor pool.

Thanks, Terry!

Churchill Update

ard Churchill is back in the news and I do not like it one bit.

We start with a FrontPage piece by Jacob Laksin where he lists all the supporters of this verminous piece of shit.  It will not surprise you to see that many of them are professors, too, seemingly caught up in that vicious circle of victimization and righteous indignation that the right are persecuting this asswipe.

Never does it enter their tiny little brains that he is a fraud, a charlatan, a snake-oil salesman, a liar and a thief.

Mr. Laksin also goes on to list other organizations not tied to academia (but just as leftist) who support this fraud.

Next, in some VERY disturbing news, we find that CU is thinking of “buying” this SOB out!!!!! With numbers like $10,000,000 being floated around!

FUCK!!!!  How WRONG is that?  What message is sent?  Do these regent asshats need to have a picture drawn for them?

The FRAUD Strikes Again

The FRAUD Strikes Again

Thanks to various readers and Michelle Malkin, too, I found this post about the FRAUDULENT, VILE, PIECE OF SHIT Wardass Churchill selling his paintings as originals when they are nothing more than copies of copyrighted art for which he does not have a license.  (don’t forget to click on the video link to watch this SOB strike out at reporters.)

If this fuck is able to keep his job then I will not know what to think about American academics.

I wonder how long before EBay pulls it?  After all, they are fraudulently represented as Native American art when he admitted he is not NA and federal law says you can not pawn yourself off as NA to sell things.

Here’s what reader Terry wonders:

I wonder if you can pay with fake money?  Seems fitting.

If you will pardon a crude paraphrase of an old adage:  Fake Indians that live in straw teepee’s shouldn’t shoot flaming arrows.

Well said, Terry.

Education…Is It Coming Down To This?

I almost shit when I read that Tampa Bay Bucs cheerleaders put on a show at one of our local elementary schools, politically correctly named using an Indian term, Chocachatti (which I call Choke a Chicken).

You, alert readers that you are, may be wondering, “I give, Vilmar?  Why are we wasting taxpayer dollars bringing cheerleaders to an elementary school?”

AHA!!  See, I knew you were smart!

With FCATs looming over public schools like a starved albatross over a Boston fish market, educators are straining to finesse students into a Zen-like state that hovers between utter carelessness and mortal terror.

Can you FUCKING believe it?  Cheerleaders were at the school in order to lower the level of stress on the “poor widdle chilluns” because they have to take a test.

WHAT PURE UNADULTERATED BULLSHIT!!!

I’ll bet every male teacher found an excuse to leave his classroom, though!

For those that are not familiar with it, FCAT is a test given to several different year groups of kids to determine their English and math skill proficiency.  It’s no wonder the article states that teachers and kids dread it.

Can’t have any measurable way to determine if kids are learning, can we?  And the teachers?  Of course they dread it.  Their jobs are on the line---and they should be.

College Professors In The News

AssWard Churchill has a new butt buddy in academia and apparently this other asshole is getting awards for saying outrageous things, too.

M. Shahid Alam, professor of economics at Northeastern University, was honored by the National Lawyers Guild with their Free Speech Award on Thursday.

I wonder who is doing background research on this guy?  I would not be surprised to find out he has toes to terrorists. We know he’s a leftist because he:

wrote an article equating the 9-11 suicide-hijackers with American colonists who fought the British

Oh, and this “GUILD?” Guess who they defended?

New York lawyer Lynne Stewart, a member, on charges she helped a radical Egyptian sheik Omar Abdel Rahman pass secret messages to his followers urging terrorist attacks.

If the terrorists were “freedom fighters” then why doesn’t this professor go back to one of those shit-packing, camel humping armpits of humanity in the Middle East.  Muhammed and Achmed would love to make his acquaintance.

While you’re at it, read Ben Shapiro’s piece on liberal academia to see why when one man says women lack aptitude in certain fields they demand his head yet when another calls terrorists heroes it is free speech.

On the subject of goat fornicating Muslims, Joel Mowbry tears into CAIR for going after the producers of the TV series “24” (I LOVE that show!!) yet not saying anything to condemn Islamic sheethead terrorists.

So let’s see now:  on the list of useless organizations that should be destroyed..............CAIR, the UN, NAACP, ACLU, NAMBLA, DNC.

Which ones have I missed?

Addenda:  PETA, ELF. NARAL, NPR, PEW charitable trust, Greenpeace, Move-On.Org

Ward Churchill Back In The News

Well!!!  AssWard spoke at a group in Colorado yesterday and his ass sucking minions were there giving him standing Os even after he FINALLY ADMITTED he is not an Indian (the woo-woo type, not the dot-on-the-forehead type.)

In further good news, it appears that out-of-state enrollment in CU is down 19%. Oh happy day!  Good, those sons of bitches in the board of regents deserve to have this happen to them for allowing this fraud to continue teaching for so long.

Of course, the spin form the politically correct crowd is that enrollment is down due to “the soft economy and big increases in tuition.”

What a bunch of pathetic losers!

I hope the school folds.

Quote Of The Day

Another professor at the University Of Colorado has his say on Ward Churchill ....

“According to the News, Churchill has been claiming to be a Native American since his high school days in Illinois. It may well be that by this point he has genuinely convinced himself that he actually is an Indian.”

“Of course some people believe they’re Napoleon. But that’s not a good reason for giving them professorships in French history.”
