these lives don’t matter

Woodpile

Balloons and candles were strewn across the sidewalk after those attending a candlelight vigil in west Baltimore were forced to run for their lives.

“Here we are again investigating a senseless crime,” said Detective Donny Moses. “A heinous crime.”

Investigators say 20-30 people were gathered at the corner of North and Fulton avenues Monday evening to honor 24-year-old Jermaine Scofield, who was killed early Sunday morning. As the vigil was underway, someone in the crowd started firing.

“We’re trying to celebrate where one person lost his life, trying to pay him respects and someone maliciously and foolishly walked into the crowd and opened fire,” Moses said.

Five people were hit by the bullets, four of them women. The gunman got away.

Community members are disturbed by the constant violence.

“I see how things are happening in the neighborhood,” said Rev. Keith Bailey, Fulton Heights Community Association. “People are losing their lives over small, little things.”

Scofield was among three people killed early Sunday morning. [several more were shot or stabbed but lived] His mother begged for no retaliation.

Doreen Scofield said she has forgiven whoever killed Jermaine and told her family she wants no retaliation.

“It’s not going to bring my son back,” she said. “I just want to bury my son.”

She had a plea for those committing violent acts like the one that took her son:

“I’m tired. I’m human. You human. Just stop hurting people.”

147 or more killings so far this year, and all they can say about it is “well, it was worse last year at this point.” Wonderful.

Here’s an eye-opener [no, not really] from last week where almost all the victims have something in common.

A Common Awareness?

I’ve seen several political cartoons like these since the ambush shooting of police down in Texas. Sadly, my only response is “Gee, what took you so damn long to figure out what the rest of us realized back in 2007?”

trump is right

Yup, the fix is in. Total circle jerk, on purpose.

Fire them all. At least.

If I were to write an essay on this woman and her Nomex™ pantsuits I’d have to play the double entendre and call it “Hillary, what lies ahead?”

Duh, Was We Spozed To Do Dat?

FBI didn’t record Clinton interview, did not administer sworn oath
banghead  wtf  3stooges

Hillary Clinton did not swear an oath to tell the truth before meeting with the FBI for three and a half hours last weekend, and the interview was not recorded, FBI Director James Comey told House lawmakers on Thursday.

The lack of a sworn oath does not remove the possibility of criminal penalties against Clinton if she lied to the FBI, though he said he had “no basis to conclude” that she was untruthful.

“Still a crime to lie to us,” Comey told the House Oversight Committee.

FBI policy is not to record interviews as part of its investigations.

Yet the revelations will nonetheless raise questions among Republicans, who have been skeptical of the FBI’s investigation and have demanded to see the transcript of the former secretary of State’s interview in downtown Washington on Saturday.

“Well, that’s a problem,” Rep. John Mica (R-Fla.) told Comey when the FBI chief explained the terms of the interview.

“It’s pretty clear ... that the American people would like to see what Hillary Clinton said to the FBI,” Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) told reporters on Wednesday, a day before Comey’s appearance before House lawmakers.

Under FBI policy — and to the dismay of civil libertarians and staunch transparency advocates — the bureau does not conduct electronic recordings of interviews.

“Under the current policy, agents may not electronically record confessions or interviews, openly or surreptitiously” except in rare circumstances, the bureau said in a 2006 memo.

The FBI did, however, complete a federal form summarizing the interview, known as an FD-302, Comey said.

Oh thank God, they filled out an FD-302. Phew, for a minute there I thought they were totally incompetent. Nope, just brain dead, foolhardy, and paid off. But they managed to check all the boxes and follow official procedure. So let’s give them all maximum bonuses while we’re at it.

The system is totally rigged, top to bottom. It’s one big con from beginning to end. The fix was in from Day One, if not before.

You bastards.

rolling along

We took all seven points last night at Summer League. I did Ok, pulling a 547 series. I just missed a 200 on the 3rd game, getting sloppy with my last ball and hitting only 7, which gave me a 198. “Missed it by that much.”

Right. Up with the moles this morning ... far too early for the damn birds. 3am? No, that’s the time to be dead asleep, not waking up. And now it’s nearly 5:30, which is time to get up. Oy. Well, at least I can sleep a little after 9am. Catch a 2 hour nap or something. But I’ve got to run around and drop off pamphlets today, I’ve got to find time to go to the bank and then to the grocery store, and with this heat, I’ve GOT to get some major water down in the gardens. And I might as well scratch a few hundred marigold seeds into the dirt.

And it’s going to be a real sauna today too.

Crap.

I don’t know what woke me up so damn early. It wasn’t a cat. Got Tami up too. But if I find it, I’m gonna kill it.  And then go back to sleep.

just yuk

And on top of all this ... I saw this week’s Sports Illustrated, special, Olympics Issue: “Montreal, 40 years ago”, and now as back then, they’ve got Jenner on the cover. Except that this time he’s Kaitlyn.

Go the fuck away, and leave me alone. You are a phony. Most of you. It’s just the latest attention getting scam, and another chance for young people to be annoying. Brucey baby, until Dr. Strange snips off your all bits, you’re just a fame whore.

I’m just so sick of it.

I don’t buy into it. Got gender confusion? Take off your clothes and go look in a mirror. Solved, for all but the smallest handful of people.

Still don’t know whether you’re attracted to girls or boys? We don’t fucking care. Just go somewhere private, use lube and protection, and don’t do anything that both of you aren’t eager to do. And then keep it to yourself, because we don’t want to hear about it. Shit, we were doing freaky before you were even born. It’s not like you invented anything. You’ve maybe just pushed the goalposts around a bit.

We’ve got the Side Show at summer bowling league. We needed a 4th, so they found us a kid. Fine, great. He’s 19. A frail little boy. He has pink hair. With blonde highlights. And now he has a ruby lip stud. His “fiance” must weigh 400 pounds. She is literally round as a ball. Their friend, part of the entourage that arrives with him every week, is ‘becoming”, in a very in-your-face way. An ugly fat girl “becoming” an ugly fat guy. The better to get with “their’ ugly little sourpuss redhead girlfriend. She merely dresses oddly, head to foot in white lace. And black army boots. White lace that hasn’t seen the washtub in half a year or so. More like yellow and brown lace. Maybe they’ll make friends with the attenuated fellow on the other team, an amazingly tall guy with arms so long he can bend halfway forward from the waist and the bowling ball in his hand contacts the floor. I swear his arms are 4 feet long. And I bet he doesn’t weigh 150. “I lost 200 pounds last year” he says. “I was taking 1600mg of [can’t remember the name] herbal supplement from GNC.” Gee whiz, I almost miss Goth at this point.

The entire wold has gone nuts.

complete corruption, top to bottom

Guilty As Sin, Free As A Bird

Hillary skates while corrupt FBI equivocates.

Laws are for little people. Like you. Serf.

Yet for all her obvious breaches of classified handling regulations, and despite seeming to meet all the criteria for a felony prosecution based on the relevant statute, Comey also said Tuesday that a “reasonable” prosecutor would not press charges, and that he intended to inform the Department of Justice of this opinion.

All this is despite the reality that the facts are not in dispute—and despite these facts painting Clinton and her team in a far from flattering light. Indeed, Clinton’s conduct with her email system was reprehensible, as were her mendacious defenses of it.

For a start, she has been claiming for over a year that there was nothing “marked classified,” or classified “at the time,” in her email system. This denial was essential to the case she has made, because Clinton was well aware that sending classified national security information over an open email system is not just a dereliction of duty, but illegal.

Now we are told that, yes, Clinton did in fact send and/or receive classified information, including some at the most sensitive classification level in the government system. Comey described this all as “extremely careless,” yet said no charges should be filed.

We are told this is because although there was transmission and retention of classified information, it did not rise to the standard of “gross negligence” under the relevant statute. This is legalistic gymnastics meant to justify what is clearly a political decision. Gross negligence does not require proving intent. And in any case, it is a pretty big leap to think that Clinton was entirely unaware that she was reading or typing out information that in many cases were egregious security violations. It doesn’t seem plausible that Secretary of State Clinton was unaware that she was violating the rules with her email system; more likely, she just didn’t care.

And now she will likely get away with it, at least legally speaking; Clinton is almost certain to avoid an indictment under President Barack Obama’s Department of Justice, though the final decision rests in the hands of, as we are told, “career prosecutors” who will review the FBI’s findings.

Oh, I knew they were never going to prosecute. That was a given. And after the in-your-face filthy move of AG Lynch meeting with the Godfather , former President Slick Willy, airplane to airplane the other day, where a message was obviously sent and received, it was pretty obvious what was going to happen. No charges, no censure. Just excuses, just business as usual, and the Left sniggering up it’s sleeve that they’ve cock teased the Right for years with this one.

C’mon Charlie Brown, let’s kick that football again!

Has anybody looked into something like the old Triangle Trade? Only simpler? Let’s see ... A large donation is made by a foreign nation to the Clinton Foundation. A sort time passes, then the Secretary of State has an underling put ultra secret documents on her bathroom server, knowing full well that Putin, or the ChiComs, or whoever, hardly even needs to use the keyboard to hack into her totally non-secure server. They snag whatever document. A few weeks later, husband Bill goes over to some foreign country, and gives a speech with content you’ll never know about. He gets a fat check for half a million or so.

And nobody can figure it out.

Like Trump says, it’s totally rigged.

And I’m just sick and tired of it.

Inspector General’s Report on Hillary Clinton: Uncooperative Liar.

Right now I’ve been trying to get settled back in at home (which is hard when we have to be ready to leave at the drop of a hat) and have been working on the big anniversary post that will be coming up. HOWEVER, I promised that I would make a post about the Inspector General’s analysis of Hillary’s e-mails, and I am as good as my word, old news as it may be.

But first, a word of introduction is probably necessary to explain what kind of paper this is. Firstly, this paper is not fundamentally about putting Hillary and her staff alone under a microscope and calling her out for bullshit. It’s easy to imagine why given a lot of the reactions people have had- and particularly the vampire before cross reaction the Klinton Kampaign has had- so it might come as a bit of a disappointment. However, this is less about Hillary Clinton and more about the State Department as a whole.

Namely it’s the IG doing an autopsy of the State Departmen over the last several years and several Secretaries of State. It is sort of a list of “What went wrong under whose tenure?” Which means that it might not have the sheer juiciness that a blog post calling Clinton out specifically has. That, and it is lengthy and *VERY* Dry.

But the other side of the coin is that it also is very thorough, and it handily refutes Clinton’s expected spin that this is all a horrible partisan hack job unfairly targeting poor Hitlery. While it does seem like- as someone Charitably called it- the State Department has had a hard time transitioning to the modern age and screwups were endemic, Clinton’s rampant breaches of security are in a class by herself.

Read it All. It’s Well Worth It. It’s well worth it, and with the media and White House being what it is, it’s important WE Know the answer.

FactCheck.org has a nice set of Highlights for your reading pleasure.

To quote the reaction of the Former AF Intelligence friend I mentioned..

I’ll volunteer for the firing squad.
That’s all I can think of reading this report.

Also fuck this Gration guy. Him resigning is NOT how it’s supposed to work.,
Fucking
jail
time.
That fucker needs to be wearing orange, yesterday.
But no, he’s special, the law doesn’t apply to
All this “Clinton BELIEVED she was complying… TOOK STEPS TO comply...” is horseshit too.

The law rarely gives two shits about your intent. They even have a specific phrase for this!!
“At the time you knew OR SHOULD HAVE KNOWN”

I can be held accountable for the ENTIRETY of USC, ALL of the IRS Tax Code, every single environmental regulation, whatever bullshit illegal requirement BATFE decides to fart out..... and that’s just on the FEDERAL level. The same thing applies to the State too.

Because, “at the time I knew or should have known” the law, I was in violation. And the fact that the law exists is deemed sufficient that I should have known it.

So, no, this bitch needs a lead brain transplant.

Well, the United States respects no special citizens. And it’s time that more people understand what the hell has gone on with this. For more people to understand just WHAT Kind of Monster Hillary Clinton is.

So remember to spread these links around. As much as possible.
