YGTBSM!!!!

For those who do not know, it stands for, "You've got to be shittin' me!"

Straight from the halls of "let's blame something other than our lazy selves for being a bunch of fat asses, we get this little gem: 'FRUCTOSE SWEETENER BLAMED FOR OBESITY RISE!"

UHHH! DUHHH!!! Could it be that the fact we are consuming more corn syrup is not necessarily related to the actual act of having the corn syrup in our foods but the fact that we are a bunch of fast food eatin', soda drinkin' slobs who don't know how to practice self control in our dietary habits? Give me a fucking break!

If corn syrup were responsible for obesity why is it I have basically weighed the same (within 3-5%) of my weight the past 20 years? If I were to believe these assclown moonbats, I'd be overweight right now and looking for a lawyer to sue somebody.

It saddens me to drive or walk by young kids today who are intent on wearing flesh exposing clothes exposing (as if they had no pride) FLAB! Rolls and rolls of it.

And these are YOUNG kids!! Imagine what behemoths they'll be when they are middle aged? And we wonder why health care costs so much? These people would rather take a pill than practice self control and engage in a little physical activity. They demand the drug companies come up with a wonder pill and then bitch about how expensive it is. All the while they're snarfing down like pigs at a trough, never walking but driving everywhere; never taking the time to make their own healthy meals but stopping at McD's, KFC, Pizza Hut, Wendy's; always eating until they are stuffed--and then bitching about having "heartburn" and demanding their insurance companies pay for heartburn medicine so they can continue to eat like slobs.

Think about it: people super-size their orders, put the feed bag on at buffets, sit in front of TVs for hours at a time all the while either munching something or drinking something. How about those super duper 7-11 type 84 oz sodas? And how many times do you drive by others in their cars and they're sucking on some bottle of something or other or chowing down? Maybe YOU do it!!! For Christ's sake, can't they wait until they get home? Is their thirst or hunger so pervasive and all consuming they can not exercise restraint?

Here's a crock off crap quote from a "professor" of nutrition at the University of North Carolina:

"We cannot increase our physical activity enough to offset the extra 200 calories a day Americans are consuming"

Well, how about consuming LESS of the product that has the sweetener, you malignantly stupid twit?

But just like that commercial touting weight loss which says that it's not your fault you are fat, this "STUDY" attempts to blame the corn syrup. Go figure! What a load of shit!

We who are left to carry on the BMEWS tradition owe him a great debt of gratitude, and we hope to be able to pay that back by following his last advice to us all:

2. Stay involved with government on every level and don't let those bastards get away with a thing
3. Use every legal means to defend yourself in the event of real internal trouble, and, most importantly:
4. Keep talking to each other, whether here or elsewhere

It's been a long strange trip without you Skipper, but thanks for pointing us in the right direction and giving us a swift kick in the behind to get us going. Keep lookin' down on us, will ya? Thanks.
