Looks like The Skipper at BMEWS found a new toy. It's a 15 million candle flashlight. Now at one point, before it was "lost", I had it's baby brother. Around 5 million candles if I remember correctly, and a very tight beam. You could feel the heat on your face from it from a block away. Now The Skipper mentioned using it to get back at people tailgating you with their brights on. I can say I had the same idea. Let me share a couple lessons I learned from that.
