Momma Don’t Take My Kodachrome Away
Sean Penn (America’s latest super-investigative-reporter) is in Iran covering the elections. Several female protesters made the Mad Mullahs nervous so they broke up the demonstration, pushed the press away while they “educated the women in proper Muslim subservience”. In the process poor little Sean’s camera was confiscated.
Why do they even bother with this election “farce”? The people of Iran have absolutely NO First Amendment rights: (1) they must worship the state religion, (2) they cannot gather and protest, and (3) the press is muzzled. Of course, no one in his/her right mind would ever confuse Sean Penn with a reporter.
Of course, if the people of Iran had Second Amendment rights, the Mad Mullahs would have been history a long time ago. An armed populace = honest government. Period.

Not that very many people ever read this far down, but this blog was the creation of Allan Kelly and his friend Vilmar. Vilmar moved on to his own blog some time ago, and Allan ran this place alone until his sudden and unexpected death partway through 2006. We all miss him. A lot.
