You’re Unique

I can’t even begin - my over-riding issue is the point of the poster. America is falling down simply because the pc police have made the true greatness of America - individuality, unigueness and the desire to make a better life - meaningless and almost worthless with their deminishing of the language.
It has become true that uniqueness and the real accomplishments that derive from it - are no longer desired by too many in America, especially the socialistic leaning left who wants a stupid, vapid and easily manipulated population - to force willingly into helplessness and dependancy people, that allows their stupid systems to flourish.
People go after and belittle the unique people who see the falicies of systems - work outside the box and don’t willingly go along with they Do As I Say Not As I Do crowd. . .it is conformity at any cost.
The problems is that it then renders most of the population into victims of corrupt politicians, business and worse - thugs and criminals. But the left doesn’t care because then it is just another reason to raise taxes to ‘help’ correct the very problem which they created and then never solve.
And I just get sick and tired of the petty (while I do agree that it is incorrect word usage) pick on a non-point rather than ever addressing the real point. But I guess with some people the Truth hurts.
oops, I should have caught that. I originally thought of just titling it Unique, but wen’t and added the messed up Your.. Too much experience in online forums where people seem to use your always.. I used to always get kind of mad about that as well..I learned to get over it and become less of a spelling/grammar Nazi..but it does stick out badly on a blog post title..Glad it got corrected.. since I only posted it at 8:16pm I really don’t have the late night excuse..
Anon - you were correct on your point (and I said so) but once again you proved my point. Dwell constantly on a non-issue, a trivial point rather than going to the real issue/point.
When you begin to avoid and/or trivialize the most important issues of society or government, you start to destroy it. Which is exactly why America is in the situation that exists today.
Call it a slide into socialism, a degradation of culture, pc police gone wild, despotism, bds, divisive politics - whatever. To someone like me, that indicates it is not about America and what is best for the citizens and future - but rather an attempt to remake America into something else - which then no longer makes her America.
The hard line of truth or lie, right and wrong, and law or anarchy might seem need to be taken with a grain of salt or compassion but that is why America is in the dire straights that we are - reality is being blurred or ignored. Illegals are not deported, criminals are not being put into jail in proportion to the crime, politicians and beauracracies who waste and/or take taxpayer money are not held accountable and it is hurting and destroying our country.
Grammar is important - but the issues are more important and concentrating on a non-issue is the real problem in America today.
