  2. Hot Damn!

And tearing down the federal Gun Control acts of ‘34 and ‘68?  It’s about time some state got serious and said, “Nope, 2nd Amendment is all or nothing and we choose ALL.”

Does my heart good to see Missouri give the Feds a good kick in the balls like this.

  3. Maybe some other states will follow the example.  Switchblades seem to have become legal in mine, and cans for hunting.

  4. So, should we start a pool for how long it takes Eric The Stupid to file suit against the State on this?

  5. And now for some news that is sure warm all the Hearts here in BMEWS land,Captain ClownShoes may finally feel some Heat from his Corruption Gone Wild:

Outraged Bay State Democrats are blasting President Obama for exhibiting a Nixonian abuse of power after the stunning news that the Department of Justice secretly obtained Associated Press phone records and the IRS targeted conservative groups — new scandals emerging against the backdrop of heightened Benghazi criticism.

“There’s no way in the world I’m going to defend that. Hell, I spent my youth vilifying the Nixon administration for doing the same thing. If they did that, there should be hell to pay,” U.S. Rep. Michael E. Capuano (D-Somerville) said about the IRS scandal. “Not only is it bad government and bad to society, it is horrendous politics. The worst thing you can do is give your opponent an easy hammer with which to hit you.”

“It doesn’t seem to be a couple rogue employees. This appeared to be a systemic issue,” said U.S. Rep. Stephen F. Lynch (D-South Boston), who wants to investigate the matter as a member of the Committee on Oversight and Government Reform. The committee already has scheduled a hearing on the issue for this week, Lynch said, adding, “No American should find themselves the target of the IRS or any other federal organization because of their political beliefs.”

Both U.S. Rep. Edward J. Markey (D-Malden) and the GOP’s Gabriel Gomez, rivals in the Senate special election, slammed the administration’s actions, as new reports emerged yesterday that the Department of Justice seized two months’ worth of phone records from Associated Press reporters and editors.

  6. You know what’s sad - when the pos legislation O’care was about the be shoved through - KY actually brought up Nullification - then it went nowhere. One has to think - how much different things would be now, if they had had the backbone to do it then. Maybe the REPEAL legislation proposed by the ‘new’ Congress in 2011 would have passed.

But this indeed is going to come down to an Us v Them - the thing is - I still believe that there are more Us than Them. I still read (gag, choke) their idiotic books, I still visit (less now, but still) their websites - they believe their crap - WE will do ______ism (fill in the blank - should be dictatorship/tyranny) RIGHT, even though it is a long and fully recorded historical record of failure after failure after failure. And another big difference is that We are working from the perspective of giving a damn about the Country, our families and what America was, is and still can be. Most of their ‘foot soldiers’ are paid to be ‘activists’. Big diff - really big when the s*** hits the fan.

Hopefully now that the media is beginning to realize (as we’ve always known) - the big o is only concerned about himself and has no one or no entity - he won’t throw to the mob - if it keeps him safe. Spying on the guys that have covered your a** for more than 9 years - I’d say what a schmuck but I know with the big o - it is Chi’ Thug politics at it’s business as usual worst. But shame on the media - to believe (and pander to the masses) that this guy was ‘new, different’ and a harbinger of ‘hope and change’ - if they’d only pay attention to how he got where he got - they should damn well know that that a political leopard never changes it spots. Only casts those who become liabilities aside - after they have collected enough dirt on them - to threaten/blackmail them into cooperation. Or to use as revenge and finger pointing (distraction).

Never forget - much as they hope it isn’t so - America did still convict an abortion ‘provider’ for murder - 75-80% of Americans still believe in God and 42% of Americans self describe themselves as conservative (compared to 22% for liberal).

Don’t believe the lies the media tells - one of these days - they will figure out when you lie down with dogs - you only get fleas and/or sc*wed.
