1. Ok not up on codes, ciphers and such nasties as homosexual inside jokes/behaviors/whathaveyou - however given Fateh wasn’t a very good Muslim to begin with - me thinks that he wasn’t a very good Muslim in the slammer either. I thought most Muslim infractions resulted in a death sentence? Oh yeah I forgot he’s a guy, it’s only the women who die.

2. My first reaction was that this was another urban legend, but looking through snopes.com I find that this has happened before! I think the guy had to be quite a bit on the “relaxed” side ahead of time for this to happen without breakage.

3. Light bulbs in Pakistan? Who knew? Never saw any when I was there, but that was twenty years ago. Progress continues. Now if they can just figure out the correct use for a light bulb.

4. This is just a sad commentary on world poverty. If this man had lived in the US or Europe he would have been able to have a real colonoscopy instead of the Third World home colonoscopy kit he was using.  Really, really sad.

6. Apparently the “torture” imposed on these prisoners is to force them to watch hours of Addams Family reruns. Remember Uncle Fester? After so many excruciating hours, Mr. Mohammed began to see himself as the “anti-Fester”.
