The analogies of the differences between women and men’s abilitites in the various areas are hilarious, and oh so true! Course, I could’ve told them that much, and probably for a lot less money. Naturally we have to have the curmudgeon at the end of the article who casts her opinion against the findings of the study.
Eh, whatever, its funny and when we’re honest with ourselves we know its true.
Nice enough for the woman to admit it and publish the results.
Perhaps there is hope after all- Imagine a world where men and woman note and admire thier differences rather then bash each other.
Similiar theory applies to shopping.
Men buy, women shop. When I need a light blue oxford button-down collar shirt, I just go a get one. I don’t spen 5 hours and 10 gallons of gasoline looking for the “perfect” shirt.
Even I can admit that as shitty as my marriage was, there was some good which came out of it: I learned how to window shop!
Phobos: I like the “hunter-gatherer” analysis. I’ll steal it and use it in my classroom.
I go into the gather mode in gun shops and book stores.
