Woman dies after routine medical exam ….  just the tip of this medical iceberg

 

1. Comment on the article - it seems as though NHS (as with so many bureaucracies) does not even bother to follow their own protocols i.e. check the patient’s wrist band with the chart; check the patient’s wrist band against the surgical order and most important the pharmacy checks the meds ordered before sending the order, before storing the meds on the shelves and then when sent out to the patient and finally the person injecting the meds check it again. Such is what America is in for in the coming years (btw, auto accidents and medical accidents kill more Americans than gun (both intentional and accidents) shootings)
