1. Not one chance in ten billion that this will be anything more than a total ass sucking brown nose festival of epic proportion. It will not mention communism, socialism, pisslam, elitism, fraud, or the dirty backroom games of Chicago politics. They won’t even show that it’s his wife who has the balls in the family. Hell, the only times that a white influence on His upbringing will be shown will be in scenes that imply racism. Even his worthless “I tapped me some white pussy, see ya” father will be glorified. A total hurl-fest. No thanks.

   I had the very same thought on the subject.  Didn’t his father just walk out?
   It sounds to listen to theone, like there was something to look up to.
   And as for Oh’s mother. Given what I’ve read about the oh so liberal family, she probably went with his father to begin with, to prove her white liberal credentials.

   Euros of course and no small proportion of Brits enthralled.  Jeesh.
   What’s gonna become of us?

   Hey ... not on subject but ... they tore down an old building in Winchester and are putting up new.  Now then, this being originally a Roman town, when something is being dug, before things get far, they bring in Archaeologists who are given a certain amount of time to explore the site and do some scrapping etc.  And it’s right smack across the street from our library. Whoops. wrong. It’s now a “discovery center.” There’s a bus stop in from of the library and while I was waiting for my bus of course I could see across the street but it was covered and I simply took it to be another construction site and caught my bus back to the house.
   Then came the paper the following day (yesterday) with a photo and news of finds from medieval house they found. Turns out there are TEN Archaeologists working that small site.
   I really need to get back there.  According to the paper, finds will be displayed outside soon. There used to be a time when they had volunteers as well I believe. They expect to uncover Saxon,Roman and possibly Iron Age remains.
   WOW. THIS IS SUPER EXCITING!

4. I’m sorry Will. As much as I liked your remix of “The Omega Man”, I won’t be seeing that one. Not at the theater, not on DVD, no. NEVER!

   TO THE WHITE HOUSE?

   As you all can guess, coverage has been non stop over here. In papers on radio and I guess TV as well.  Even one of their radio programs, something called Any Questions,went to USA and broadcast from Washington,(DC) last night.

   The four American panelists, one of which is a black (female)Republican leader and a guy who I think was a Republican, even they are looking forward to Obama.  The program is 40 or 45 minutes long and covers more then one subject, but in the one segment I’m referring to it sounded like an Obama love in. I couldn’t believe what I was hearing.

   General consensus is that Bush lost his way and made things worse.
   Now then, there have been some ppl on different interview programs here that say history will vindicate Pres. Bush and will prove him to have been right.  They are of course outnumbered by those with much harsher things to say.

   It can be pretty frustrating (and maddening) for an American over here.  Or it is for this one anyway.
