  1. One by one her son’s killers have been released.

how does that make any sense at all with this

was jailed for life in 2000

    ?

but what it can’t do is affect our judgement of his [Brown’s] risk.”

The person - killed another person - and most were sentenced to life in prison - why are they even being considered for parole. At. All. Ever.

And why are Judges doing it? Maybe, perhaps if the people these lunatics are setting free to prey upon - were in the decision making process - these killers would not be allowed back into society.

And how many murders does a person need to commit - to be ‘a risk’?

    What crappola.

The story is the reason I support the death penalty. Murderers are a risk to society for ever.

Killers aren’t necessarily - and if you can’t distinguish between the two - you don’t belong in the criminal justice system. Ever.

  2. Wardmom, There are vermin that have have killed while on bail, there have been murders done by guys let out on parole only days or on occasion only hours upon release.
It is totally insane. And keep in mind, except for knives, and it isn’t legal to carry one anyway, this is an unarmed (mostly) society.
