1. Well, she is smarter, better looking, usually nicer and funnier than Rosie. Better name recognition as well. And Whoopi is perhaps a hair less extreme leftist but not by much; bringing her on board doesn’t change the mix a bit. You didn’t think they were going to put a fire breathing conservative in there, did ya?

3. Maybe I put my tinfoil hat on today, but perhaps this is the View’s way of putting extreme-left views on the air without drawing as much fire. Since Whoopi is black, any time someone points out errors or hipocrisy on her part, (or GOD FORBID DISAGREE with her), all they need to do is play the race card...why you can’t critisize Whoopi, THATS RACIST. They were unable to defend Rosie in that way.
