  1. I wish I could get my retirement certificate reissued as my present one has Clinton’s signature.

  2. Heck Bob, just call Senator Kerry it appears he can make that kind of stuff happen.

Of course you seem like an honorable man so the price may be too high…

  3. Bob, you ain’t the only one.  Except I no longer have mine.  I mailed it back to Clinton in 1998. (or was it my medals?) (or was it my ribbons?) (or was it a COPY of the certificate?) I don’t know anymore.  But I am sure my spokepeople can answer for me.

  4. Vilmar, if you ever run for political office you can claim it was a friends certificate.  You know, if you say you lost it you might get another one with GW’s signature.  Seems Kerry got his citation changed to reflect higher levels of endorsement.  GW is certainly a higher level than Clinton

  5. We already know that officers face a different standard for medals than enlisted grunts. Kerry was just a bit more different than most. Some field grade guys flew into a hot LZ just to pick up a CIB for instance.
Anyone else comment on Kerry wearing a [borrowed/stolen]Marine uniform in his home movies?
