2. It is now official: Victim’s rights have been almost completely replaced by Defendant’s Rights and Criminal Rights.

   I believe that Dennis Miller once said in one of his rants that once the Victims recognized the extent of which their rights had been usurped in the name of the Defendant, then they would seek to regain those rights by becoming defendants themselves.

   It seems a whole lot less funny and possibly prophetic now, doesn’t it?
