What Would We Do Without Think Tank Experts?

3. If Harrison was not Colonel Blimp, someone else would be.  There is no shortage of candidates, after all.

   Just how and where do such bloody fools get their titles of “experts?” Self-assigned, maybe?  Or from committees of like-minded fools?
