Damnation, I’ve tried 4 times to comment on this and they all got messed up. Grrr.
Nifong is scum. He prepped the “victim”, he rigged the lineup, he “forgot” to give the Grand Jury all the info. He prosecuted this case for two reasons only: if he hadn’t, then the local blacks would have rioted, and he rode this dead horse to election victory. At the cost of destroying the lives of 3 young guys that weren’t from his community. I hope they sue his corrupt worthless ass right off his body and into the grave.
Still keeping the charges of kidnapping and sexual assault? What kidnapping? What sexual assault? Let’s be honest and blunt here for just once: the victim is a prostitute. Any “innapropriate touching” that went on she got paid for. And there ain’t a shred of evidence that any went on at all. Kidnapping = Held against her will? Maybe, but if so for how long, about 3 minutes? This case is total bullshit and I want to see her head and Nifong’s on the chopping block.
