What Happened to the First Amendment?

 

1. And herein lies the rub, ya’ll. McCain/Feingold is in DIRECT violation of the First Amendment. Every Conservative out there knew this right from the start. Problem being that it WAS passed into law, and the courts have not seen fit to overturn it due to the predominance of liberal judges. The only way to overcome this will be through civil disobedience. Doesn’t have to be blatant, provided that the blogs and radio personalities can master the art of subtlety. We know the left wing cannot master this art, so it will be amusing to see if the courts find them in contempt for violation as they surely would us.

2. Sure flag burning is a form of free speach. It says I hate America and need to live elsewhere of die. But until the supreme injustices of hte court see fit to overturn their foolishness, we are stuck with it in all its moonbattery.
