1. What makes me laugh is how the bed wetters tie themselves in knots tip toeing around the reasons that the NHS is close to collapse. I suspect countries like Sweden will collapse shortly. As it is they are paying 50% of their income in taxes. How are they going to fund all the additional welfare? Oh silly me all these “Syrians” are brain surgeons and rocket scientists. As Milton Freidman wisely observed. You can have open borders or you can have a welfare state but you cant have both.
