5. Your activation code email could be better phrased. If the URL for activation was directly after “please visit the following URL” then I wouldn’t have wasted all of five minutes searching for and tearing out my remaining hair.

6. That’s all better now Frank. I’ve fixed the poorly worded email so it actually makes sense. You still have to click on the validation/activation code link, and then you have to visit the blog and actually log in within 30 days.

   And, unlike Microsoft, I did all the testing on myself. Well, on several new “members” like this guy, who are soon to be eliminated.
