1. In my experience, not one self-proclaimed “environmentalist” in ten has a pack rat’s acquaintance with the natural sciences.

   But they do not need it to be successful Watermelon People (green on the outside, red on the inside).

4. Further back than that, if possible, lisar. After all, they wouldnt want us to be tying any endangered stones to the end of sticks to make spears out of.

   Envircommies are funny as hell. They talk about greenhouse gases, and emissions from cars, etc. etc., yet they drive away from their little commie gatherings in SUV’s or old, old VW buses, both of which are sucking down plenty of gas and spewing all kinds of nasty stuff into the air.

   They whine and cry and stamp their feet about SUV’s and minivans (neither of which I like, but for different reasons), yet they dont say one word about some of the most polluting, gas sucking vehicles on the planet: military Hummers, 2.5, 5, and 8 tons trucks, and who can forget the best, TANKS!? Could that be for the same reason that animal rights commies get more upset about fur than about leather? Just as its easier to harass little old ladies than biker gangs, so too is it easier to harass Sally Soccer Mom than all those soldiers and Marines driving the Hummers, trucks, and tanks.

   Drill our own damn oil and sink tons of money into research in fusion. Let the rest of the world, especially those damn dirty ragheads, all go kick rocks.
