Hey, could NJ actually enforce that? And what right does the state have to tell a woman what she can and can’t do re. unwanted hair? Or, are they trying to control who does the procedure to weed out incompetents?
If outlawed, what happens if a woman crosses state lines? Or with a friend? What happens to the friend?
Finally ...
When did NJ become part of the UK and what MP represents the state?
good toon. leave it to Drew.
I hear it’s going to be another “primary” - a reason that the state police can use to pull you over. Can you imagine road side inspections?????
Especially in the winter!!
> New Jersey statutes allow waxing of the face, neck, arms, legs and abdomen,

> spelled out.
It seems NJ runs itself on the attitude of “Anything which is not expressly permitted is automatically forbidden”.
How very, very awful.
As a former LEO I fully support the suppression and inspection of this illegal trade. I personally will volunteer to research this trade and present a “hands on” training session to all law enforcement agencies in the Garden State.
The enabling legislation should be in the form of several omnibus bills to prohibit:
a)the unlawful possession of Brazilian wax,
b)the willfull and illegal application of said substance on the “sweet spot” (other than a Mason Jarâ„¢ lid full of strawberry jam) and
c) impose heavy excise taxes on the transportation of said substance across state lines for these aforementioned purposes.
This would be known as the “Attack the Wax” Tax Acts.
Of course the counter movement to these laws would be called the “Facts of the Relax the Wax Tax.”
