  1. He’s being castigated for attempting to give taxpayers THE SERVICE THEY ARE PAYING FOR. That says it all, doesn’t it?

  2. ...and here’s one more example of some government idiot helping increase crime.  Old story, reduce law enforcement and you will increase crime.  Basic isn’t it?
