2. Worse yet .. got this morning’s hampshire chronicle wherein an article informs us that a city council can’t enforce some law against a group illegally camped because ...
   ??????????????  I don’t know.  It’s the way the law is written and the couincil says it can not act unless the law is re-written.  CRAZY?  you bet. and that’s why the scum get away with what they do.
