3. It’s pretty simple what they need to do with this subhuman.  Castrate him.

   Why the hell don’t we have castration as a form of punishment in this country anyway?  ACLU might sue for invasion of testicular privacy?

   Yeah, as I was writing I was thinking the same thing.  It is small placation that castration would merely prevent him from breeding.  Your solution for this creep is the right one.

   It makes you feel a little queasy at the thought of castration as a means of controlling breeding scum, but when you get over the nausea, you sort of have to think REAL hard about it.  Shew…
