2. Explain to me how people who are NOT citizens and are here by virtue of committing a crime - have legal rights and civil liberties???

   Until this issue is not clouded up by those using the word Immigration with the word Illegal - it won’t be cleared up. By the way, states have the right to do and pass laws on just about anything they desire. We are not a communist/socialist system yet where the Government runs all things.

   And the states are having to do this as the Government has sat back and let this problem get so out of hand.

   Go Hazelton! Since Butler County (OH) held a ‘Immigration Discussion’ night, I’ve not heard another peep from people over his sending the bill to Homeland Security for housing illegals in his jail nor his sign that points Illegals Immigrants to the jail. I have to think, since the media dropped it like a rock, that many more people came out to support the Sheriff than the Illegals. As I think it is in 99.9% of the places in the US, if the media would just report it as it is.
