1. It is said that when the wall between the
   Mediterranian (sp?) Basin and the Atlantic
   Ocean breached… that would be Gibraltor,
   it created a waterfall 5 miles wide and 1 mile deep. And lasted 100 years.

2. Also, there is a high water mark on an Aleutian island that was formed recently,
   that is over 1700’ high. 1726’ to be exact.
